At 100 grams and 109 yards per skein, this yarn knits up FAST. Lofty with a medium twist, you can mold this yarn to suit your project: Knit more stitches per inch for a firm worsted weight, or let it loose for bulky or chunky projects.
One skein makes an average adult-sized hat. The sample in the collection photo is the Ribs 'n Cables Beanie by Anne G.
This collection is seasonal, and I do not intend to replenish stock anytime soon. Please order as much as you need for your project.
Hand-dyed with professional wash-fast acid dyes in my cat-friendly home studio. I take great care to set dyes and then rinse the yarns until no dye bleeds, however there may be some colour in your water at first wash due to differences in water properties. Please be aware that photo colours may vary from screen to screen.
If your yarn creation requires more than one skein of the same yarn, it is very important to alternate skeins every row to blend; the beauty of hand-dyed yarn is that no two skeins are exactly the same, even when dyed in the same batch.
Hand wash in cool water and lay flat to dry for best longevity.
