Politique d'expédition
- Items are shipped from Ottawa, Canada within 2 business days for "Ready to Ship" listings, or within 3 weeks for "Dyed to Order" listings.
- Orders over $150 are shipped free as expedited parcels with tracking.
- For orders less than $150, you may choose either untracked flat-packed letter mail at no charge, or expedited parcel with tracking at $18.
- Untracked letter flat-packed letter mail allows up to two skeins per parcel. If your order is less than $150, and you choose free untracked flat-packed letter mail for shipping, your order may be sent in two envelopes; the maximum volume per untracked parcel is two skeins. This means if you order up to two skeins, you will receive your entire order in one package; if you order three or four skeins, you will receive your order in two packages.
- Tracked expedited parcels with tracking will always be sent as one package.
- Local customers may choose free local (Kanata South) pick-up at checkout. You will receive an email with pick-up instructions when your order is available.
